I DnD Services LLC – Player Conduct Code
Welcome, adventurer!
At I DnD Services LLC, we create a fun, structured, and supportive space where everyone can play, connect, and grow. To keep the table safe and enjoyable for all players, we follow the guidelines below.
Please take a moment to review the Conduct Code below so you know what to expect from us—and what we expect from our players.
Group Support
-
Groups run at a 1:5 staff-to-player ratio.
-
We provide proactive supports such as redirection, positive feedback, visual aids, fidget tools, and breathing or stretch breaks.
-
We do not provide line-of-sight supervision. Players must be able to:
-
Stay with the group
-
Remain at the table
-
Follow directions
-
If a player frequently leaves the table or group, this program may not be the right fit at this time.
-
At this time we are unable to support mobility, toileting, feeding or medication administration. I DnD Services LLC does not implement Rights Restrictions.
Safe Mouth (Kind Words Only)
We keep our table respectful, welcoming, and focused on the game.
-
Use kind and respectful language
-
No bullying, insults, or discriminatory comments
-
No politics at the table
-
Keep language appropriate for the group
-
No player vs. player (PVP) gameplay
Simple rule: If it wouldn’t feel good to hear, don’t say it.
Safe Body (Keep Hands and Actions Safe)
We fight imaginary monsters in the game—not each other in real life.
There is zero tolerance for unsafe or aggressive behavior, including:
-
Hitting, kicking, or throwing objects
-
Slamming hands or damaging property
-
Screaming at others or making threats
-
Spitting, biting, or other harmful actions
If a player becomes unsafe:
-
They must be picked up immediately
-
If needed, staff may contact emergency services to keep everyone safe
-
Players who show unsafe behavior may not be able to return
Respecting Personal Space & Boundaries
Everyone deserves to feel safe and comfortable.
Not allowed:
