​Please keep in mind groups are a 1 to 5 ratio.  We offer proactive behavioral supports such as redirection, distraction, positive feedback, use of visual aids, fidget toys and promote breathing and stretch breaks as necessary. I DnD Services LLC does not offer line of sight supports. We ask individuals independently stay with the group and do not stray from the table.

 

Safe Mouth:

• I DnD Services LLC follows a simple practice/adage. Treat everyone the way you want to be treated. I DnD Services LLC staff use kind, respectful language towards players and expect the same from players. The game table is a politics free zone. Sexist, racist comments, cursing, bullying and political ideology don't mix with fairies, dragons and magic. We do not run player vs player games (PVPs).

 

​Safe Body:

• We want to battle orcs, goblins and giant rats; not each other. I DnD Services LLC follows a strict zero tolerance policy for aggressive behavior. This includes but is not limited to: hitting, punching, slamming hands or fists, throwing, stomping, kicking, screaming, biting, spitting or other perceived threatening behaviors to other people, self or objects. This includes threatening language. Any player exhibiting unsafe behavior will be picked up immediately by their designated contact. If behavior escalates I DnD Services LLC staff may contact police for assistance to ensure everyone's safety. Players exhibiting aggressive behaviors may not be invited back.

• Non-consensual sexual displays of any kind including but not limited to: touching, groping, grabbing, petting, rubbing, exposing ones self, or unsolicited overtly sexual, explicit language will not be tolerated. This includes any player acting in a player vs player (PVP) capacity. Any player exhibiting this behavior will be picked up immediately by their designated contact. Any individual exhibiting these behaviors will not be invited to return.

• Consensual touching: Bluntly speaking, we are not a dating flatform. While we 100% support romance between consenting adults, the game table is for kicking dragon butt and not the place for smooching, making out etc.

 

• I DnD Services LLC staff practice a "keep it professional" no hugging policy but we definitely go for high fives, fun hand shakes and knuckle bumps!

​Come with Your Game Face On!: 

• Make sure you have eaten, taken any meds and used the bathroom before coming to the game table. No food at the game table please. Water bottles or coffee travelers with secure spill proof lids or straws only.  Don't forget to bring your character sheet with you!

 

• Please leave distracting hand held devices and toys tucked away or at home.​

​​​Attendance:

• Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before game time and stay no more than 5 minutes after the session ends. I DnD Services LLC staff require planning/resetting periods as well as a little down time between sessions. Loitering after the gaming session has ended will not be tolerated.

 

• In the event of inclement weather I DnD Services LLC follows Jefferson County Public Schools closures. In the event of a delayed start all sessions before noon will be canceled. Your Dungeon Master will contact you by email for sessions starting at noon and after to let you know if those sessions are going to be held. In the event your Dungeon Master is ill or cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstance, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.

• Players, we understand life happens. If you need to cancel please make every effort to give 24hr email notice to your Dungeon Master. I DnD Services LLC cannot hold spots in a group after 2 no shows or excessive cancellations.

​​​All I DnD Services LLC staff are mandatory reporters and follow all Colorado state guidelines for reporting concerning behaviors.
