RPG's (role playing games) are an engaging, creative and imaginative way to connect with friends focusing on social interaction, camaraderie and problem solving set in rich fantasy worlds. Game play can be complex involving numerous steps and procedures. This can be challenging for folks who struggle with executive functioning and sequencing making RPGs unobtainable for some. I DnD Services LLC offers services as Dungeon Master (DM) to facilitate a means for individuals with developmental disabilities/developmental disabilities and neurodiversity to gather and experience the rewarding fun RPG games have to offer. Our strategy is simple.
Provide guided game play broken down into manageable steps and choices capturing the flavor of campaign play.
All the while, we practice social skills. We incorporate fun, tangible tabletop accessories taking game play off the paper for the player. This further enhances the game play experience.

I DnD Services LLC focuses on creating a safe space for IDD/DD and neurodiverse adults 18+ to gather socially with peers, hang out, play ( yes adults play too!) and create life long friendships and connections while practicing those sometimes elusive, pesky social skills. We value diversity, kindness and experiential living! Our philosophy: Life through creativity, imagination and experience.
RPGs are a great foundation tool setting the stage for players to practice eye contact, turn taking, following rules, reciprocal communication, sportsmanship and accepting chance and unexpected outcomes. Additionally game play exercises the imagination, builds critical thinking and confidence through choice while passively building camaraderie. Add a twist of theatre, stepping out of yourself and playing a fantasy based character adds magic and escape. A sprinkling of light math and reading help maintain basic skill sets. Skills learned at the game table become tools individuals carry with them their entire life. Below is a general description of the gaming options we are pleased to currently offer. Our Pledge:
I DnD Services LLC staff take the person centered philosophy very seriously. We pledge to treat players with respect to their self direction and autonomy. I DnD Services LLC wants to ensure our campaigns are above all physically and mentally safe for all players. We are Direct Service Provider (DSP) trained, CPR and First Aid certified, and have passed a back ground check. We offer Intermittent and Limited Community Connector types of level supports as defined by the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF).
